So I am a big fan of Target and their selection of shoes, and I browse the site from time to time to see if there is anything new or any promotions going on. Since unlike the stores I feel that they have more promotions on shoes, and now they are offering 50% off a second pair of shoes or handbag until 3/31. If you aren't sure about your size or if you might like the item, returns are easy since you get to return them to a store near you, shipping is free if you spend $50 or more but if you have a Target credit card shipping is free.
